Agfa Digital accepts both hard copy photographs as well as digital images.
You can email your digital image to us, ensuring that you keep the image at its highest resolution and not compressed. email address agfafoto99@gmail.com
You can also drop off your hard copies and we can scan the images and reproduce the the size wanted. All hard copy images received will be returned. Find our Address in the Contact us Page
After Agfa receives my photos, what next?
We check to see if the photo’s quality is appropriate for the design/product you have selected. If the photo’s quality is good, we will process your order. If we foresee a problem, you will be contacted via telephone or email to discuss alternative options.
How do I make a payment?
You may either pay via Electronic Transfer and send us the Proof of Payment .
Or when you come collect card facility's are available as well as the option to Pay Cash .
I want to order a different size to what’s offered, is this possible?
We are more than happy to accommodate any request, and suggest that you contact us or call 011 452 3001 to discuss your particular requirement.
How do I order with you?
Our ordering process is quite simple. You can place an online by sending us a email . Where from there we will send you a invoice and once payment is done the order will be started

What media can you reproduce from?
We can print from colour or black & white negatives, photographs or slides as well as digital images. In fact, if there is an image that needs reproducing, we can do it.
Can you work from old photographs?
Old photographs, drawings and paintings can be scanned and printed. The results are often better than the original. Bring through yours and see how great they turn out.
What type of files do you accept for images?
We accept JPG, PDF and TIFF, PNG, RAW file formats. Alternatively, a high resolution scanner works perfectly fine for all hard copy images. You can then email us or upload the scanned file. We’ll do the rest.
